Can you cover a single role, or do we have to outsource the whole cycle?
Either. You can place one seat, such as a coder or an A/R specialist, or hand over the full cycle from registration through final payment. The advantage of full cycle coverage is that the handoffs between functions stay inside one team, which is where revenue is most often lost.
Do you work inside our existing EHR and practice management system?
Yes. Our teams work in your systems and follow your workflows rather than asking you to move to ours. System access and credentialing are handled during onboarding. Tell us what you run and we will confirm the specifics before an engagement starts.
How do you handle PHI and HIPAA compliance?
MakBPO is HIPAA compliant and ISO 27001 certified. Staff are trained on PHI handling, access is limited to what a role requires, and we execute a business associate agreement before any protected health information is exchanged.
